Custom Commissions

Custom-made pieces created according to the client’s individual ideas and specifications are excluded from exchange and return. As the client is actively involved in the creation process and provides approval at various stages as well as upon completion of the resin artwork, the piece is considered final and binding once approved.

The client is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects in writing within 5 days by email to jagoda.bofos@bluewin.ch. In the case of justified and timely reported defects, a return will be accepted.

Payment

The following payment methods are available: bank transfer, PayPal, or Twint (Switzerland).

Local pickup of orders is only possible against cash payment or Twint.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are to be borne by the buyer.
