Bank transfer, credit card or PayPal are available as payment options. Picking up the order on site is only possible against cash payment or Twint (in Switzerland). Bank transfers must be received on our specified account within 7 days of order receipt.
The order is usually shipped the next working day after payment receipt.

Shipping costs include packaging, tracking (registered mail) and insurance. PostPac Economy is usually delivered within two working days.

The shipping costs include packaging, tracking and insurance up to CHF 500. DHL delivery times can vary per destination country from
5 to10 working days.
Any import duties or taxes such as customs duties and fees must be taken over by the buyer.
Contact us if your destination country is not listed in the web shop so that we can send you a cost estimate for a delivery to your country.
Cancellation of the order
An order can only be canceled before delivery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defects / Returns
The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects in writing within 5 days (by email to email@example.com).
A return of the item will be accepted within 10 days after contact (by email to firstname.lastname@example.org) and after stating legitimate reasons only.
A return is only possible if the item is in perfect condition, i.e. there are no grinding marks or scratches on the resin surface and no signs of use.
In order to prevent damage to the item when it is returned, it must be returned in the same packaging. The buyer bears the postage costs for the return shipment.
After receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs charged.
Custom orders that have been created according to your ideas and input cannot be returned, as the customer is involved in the creation process and gives his approval during various stages and after the resin piece or article is finished.
